A graduate of the Rabat Faculty of Medicine and of the Montpellier Faculty of Medicine, Dr Mostafa Chibani was head physician of the respiratory diseases department at Al Farabi Hospital in Oujda.
Since 1992 he has seen patients at his practice on Boulevard Al Qods, directly opposite the hospital's emergency department. He treats asthma, tuberculosis, allergies and all diseases of the respiratory system.

Chest X-ray
The practice has its own radiology room. The X-ray is taken and read during the consultation.
Please mention any pregnancy: the radiology room is not open to pregnant women.

Lung function tests (spirometry)
You breathe into a device that measures your lung volumes and airflow. Essential to diagnose and monitor asthma and COPD.
Painless, takes a few minutes.

Allergy skin tests
Tiny drops of allergens (dust mites, pollen, pet hair…) are placed on the forearm to identify what triggers the allergy.
Results read during the consultation.

Are the tests done on the day of the consultation?
Yes, in most cases. Chest X-rays, lung function tests and allergy skin tests are done at the practice, and the doctor explains the results during your visit.
What should I bring?
Your prescriptions and current treatments (including inhalers), and any previous X-rays, scans and test results.
How do I prepare for allergy tests?
Some medicines, especially antihistamines, can affect the result. When booking, ask the practice whether to stop one and how many days before. Never stop an asthma treatment without medical advice.
I'm pregnant, can I have an X-ray?
The radiology room is not open to pregnant women. Let the practice know you are pregnant and the doctor will adapt the tests.
What are the opening hours?
Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00 without a break, and Saturday 8:00 to 13:00. Closed on Sunday.
